Premiums will change from 1 April 2025. You will receive details of your new premium by email or post in March.

We’ve consistently delivered lower premium increases over the longer term compared to other major health funds, and we are committed to ensuring health insurance remains accessible to all.
How we perform
Why do premiums change?
Like all health funds, we adjust our premiums each April to ensure we can continue supporting our members' healthcare needs. Our adjustments balance affordability with ensuring members maintain access to high-quality care. These changes reflect the rising costs of medical services in Australia, and the growing healthcare demands of our community. We carefully consider multiple factors to keep our cover both valuable for you and sustainable for the future.
Tips to help you save
Prepay and lock in today
Prepay your health insurance until 31 March 2026, or less time if you wish, and avoid the upcoming price increase. To take advantage of this:
Log in to Online Member Services and select ‘Payments’.
Go to ‘Make a payment’, choose your amount, and click 'Continue'
Enter your payment details to finalise your payment.
On a direct debit? No worries! Your direct debit will kick back in after your prepaid period.
To prepay after 1 April 2025, contact us on 13 29 39 to ensure we lock in your 2024 rate. Otherwise, payments will reflect your new 2025 rate.

Know what you're covered for
If it’s been a while since you last read your Fact Sheet, you may be surprised what you can claim on.
Health insurance, including extras, covers a wide range of services and treatments. It’s easy to forget just how many.
Log in to Online Member Services and view your Fact Sheet by selecting ‘Account details’.
Use the ‘Get estimate’ tool under ‘Your cover’ to see what you might get back on your extras claims.
