E-voucher:

1. E-voucher subject to Vetshop Australia’s terms and conditions set out at: Discount Pet Supplies & Pet Health Specialists | VetShopAustralia.
2. Maximum of one e-voucher per customer during the Offer Period. To receive e-voucher, Customer must provide a valid email address upon policy application and then have paid for their petinsurance.com.au policy for 40 days (‘holding period’). For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation of your petinsurance.com.au policy within 40 days from policy commencement date will forfeit the right to receive the e-voucher.
3. Email containing the e-voucher, e-voucher code and redemption instructions (‘redemption email’) will be sent to the email address provided upon application of the petinsurance.com.au policy. Please allow an additional 10 business days after becoming eligible for e-voucher for the redemption email to be sent.
4. To redeem the e-voucher, customers must: (i) order online or by phone from Discount Pet Supplies & Pet Health Specialists | VetShopAustralia; (ii) provide the e-voucher code at the time of purchase; and (iii) spend a minimum of $100 in a single transaction.
5. Australian Unity will not be held responsible for any damaged, undelivered, lost, or stolen e-voucher codes and no replacement will be provided.
