Information on how to claim and the gift card form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
1. The offer is available from 25 May 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on 6 July 2026 (“Offer Period”).
2. The Promoter is Australian Unity General Insurance Agency Pty Ltd ABN 55 688 252 628 AR 1316512 .Insurance policies are issued by Allianz Australia Insurance Limited (Allianz, ABN 15 000 122 850, “Issuer”).
3. The offer is for one (1) $100 Mastercard prepaid card issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (EML) ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd (the “Offer”). The redemption of the Offer is managed by Australian Unity General Insurance.
4. EML deals with any funds loaded onto the card in accordance with its arrangements with Corporate Prepaid Cards Pty Ltd ABN 25 092 828 772 AFSL 509642. All gift cards will be delivered by post. Australian Unity will not be held responsible for any damaged, undelivered, lost or stolen Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided. Gift card will not be issued if premium is not paid, or policy is not current when gift card is issued. Allow 6 weeks after the start date of the new policy for delivery of the Gift Card. Mastercard gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions that appear on the Gift Card letter or at www.ugca.au.
5. To be eligible for the Offer:
  1. Individuals must purchase a new Eligible Policy (defined below) through Australian Unity General Insurance during the Offer Period and provide a valid email address; and
  2. The start date of the Eligible Policy must occur during the Offer Period; and
  3. The Eligible Policy must not be lapsed, cancelled or in arrears at the time the gift cards are distributed, which will be within 6 weeks from the start date of the policy.
  4. Individuals must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Customer” or “claimant”). The Eligible Customer is responsible for redeeming the Offer before the expiry date for activation. The Eligible Customer can redeem the Offer online or by phone.
  5. This Offer is not available to Australian Unity employees.
  6. The Eligible Policy will be deemed purchased when the Issuer receives full payment of the annual policy premium or the first instalment of premium, if paying by the month.
  7. Every Eligible Customer who satisfies the purchase and submission requirements of the Offer, as detailed above will receive the gift card.
  8. For the purposes of this Offer, an “Eligible Policy” is:
    - A new Australian Unity Comprehensive Motor insurance policy purchased.
    - Variations and renewals to existing policies are excluded from this Offer.
  9. Multiple entries permitted , subject to the following:
    - The Offer is limited to one (1) Reward per Eligible Policy; and
    - Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. If a policy has two (2) or more policy holders, the first policy holder named on the policy schedule will be awarded the gift card.

Australian Unity General Insurance reserves the right, at any time, to verify the identity and eligibility of each Eligible Customer, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who Australian Unity General Insurance has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this Offer. Failure by Australian Unity General Insurance to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Australian Unity General Insurance legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
1. If there is incomplete information (including where an email address provided is invalid) the Eligible Policy will not be eligible for the Offer.
2. If an Eligible Customer does not redeem an Offer at the time stipulated by Australian Unity General Insurance, then the Offer (or that element of the Offer) will be forfeited.
3. If any Offer (or part of any Offer) is unavailable, Australian Unity General Insurance, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Offer (or that part of the Offer) with an offer to the equal value and/or specification.
4. If this Offer is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond the control of Australian Unity General Insurance, Australian Unity General Insurance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Offer, as appropriate in the circumstances.

Australian Unity General Insurance collects personal information in accordance with the Australian Unity Privacy Policy available at www.australianunity.com.au/privacy-policy. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). To the extent permitted by law, Australian Unity General Insurance’s liability arising from or in connection with this Offer, including for a breach of a Non-Excludable Guarantee, is limited to:
1. In the case of goods, any one or more of the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or
2. in the case of services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
