Australian Unity Named Roy Morgan Private Health Insurer of the Year (Retail) 2024 for the Second Year Running
The award is based on feedback from around 60,000 Australians each year, with satisfaction ratings collected weekly. Winners are determined by the number of months an organisation ranks first in customer satisfaction over a calendar year. Australian Unity topped the list for 12 consecutive months in 2023 and secured 9 monthly wins in 2024.
