Distributor Complaints and Significant Dealings

Under the Design and Distribution Obligations, distributors of Australian Unity Wealth products are required to report in writing,

  • whether they have received complaints in relation to any Australian Unity Wealth product, and the number of complaints, as soon as practicable and within 10 business days of the timeframe specified in the Australian Unity Wealth TMDs; and 
  • any significant dealings that are not consistent with the TMD, as soon as practicable and within 10 business days of becoming aware.
