How to claim
Once you’re ready to claim just send a copy of the prescription for your cervical cancer vaccinations with a completed claim form to Australian Unity.
- claim up to 100% of the cost up to $200 payable on completion of the three vaccine course of treatment
- lifetime limit of $200
- a copy of your prescription or the receipt of your paid account is required when claiming
