To access the Diabetes Australia Membership program, you need to

hold an appropriate level of private hospital cover with Australian Unity - have held that level of cover for at least 12 months

How to claim
You can join Diabetes Australia at www.diabetesaustralia.com.au
To claim, once you’ve joined Diabetes Australia just send in your receipt with a completed claim form to Australian Unity to receive 80% benefit on the cost of a single annual Diabetes Australia membership.
- A valid receipt is required on claiming.
- A maximum limit of $55 per single membership, per calendar year applies
