When am I eligible?
Everyone with Australian Unity health insurance can access the program, except those on overseas visitor cover. Please note, you must wait 30 days after joining Australian Unity health insurance (“Eligibility Period”) before your access can begin.

Are there any additional fees or charges when buying any offers?
Good news! Unlike other rewards programs, we don’t charge any debit or credit card payment processing fees.
How long does it take for a digital voucher to be delivered?
It usually arrives within minutes but can sometimes take up to 48 hours to appear in your inbox.
When will my digital voucher expire?
This will depend on the voucher you bought. Some vouchers have no expiry date. If it does expire, the expiry date will be included with your voucher, along with other important information.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All payments are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. All card payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.

My voucher hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
You can download it in the Rewards portal under ‘My Recent Orders’. Orders are emailed too, so check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t find it. If it still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, call the Lifestyle Rewards Customer Service team on 1300 887 787
When will my digital voucher expire?
This will depend on the voucher you bought. Some vouchers have no expiry date. If it does expire, the expiry date will be included with your voucher, along with other important information.
What happens if my voucher has expired?
Unfortunately, you cannot use a voucher after it has expired, or get a refund for any remaining balance. Consider setting a reminder close to the expiry date so you don’t forget to use it in time.
What do I do if my vouchers are lost, stolen or damaged?
You should treat your vouchers as if they were cash. However, if your voucher has been lost or stolen, please call the Lifestyle Rewards Customer Service team on 1300 887 787
Can I get a refund for my voucher?
Refunds or exchanges are not issued if you’ve made duplicate orders or changed your mind. But if you have any other reason why you need a refund, submit a request here (link required) and our team will review your request.
