To keep your account and personal information secure, it's important to have a strong password. That’s why we’re asking all members to change their internet banking password and use SMS one time passwords (OTP).
With the increase in cyber-attacks across many companies, Australian Unity Bank’s highest priority is protecting our customers against the risk of fraud and financial crime. Ensuring all customers have a strong password and are using SMS one time passwords (OTP) will help further protect your account/s and personal information from being misused for criminal activities.
When you visit the internet banking log in screen, you will be automatically prompted to reset your password.
Note: If you only use the mobile app to do your banking, you will still need to reset your password via internet banking.
