Located south of Sydney, in the St George region, Kogarah is a thriving community with small businesses, cafes, eateries and restaurants. There is no shortage of parkland, which includes Jubilee Stadium.
Kogarah, provides great connectivity to the entire St George region through the train and bus network. Kogarah Train Station will have you into the heart of Sydney CBD in under 30 minutes, the international and domestic airports are under 20 minutes away, and Botany Bay and Georges River are just down the road.
Most of our residents are from the local St George area, so odds are you probably already know someone who is living here. Since opening, we’ve seen wonderful new friendships formed, old friends have reconnected after 50 years, and have witnessed our residents being supportive neighbours who you can rely on.
