Low scores in any of your wellbeing factors can identify areas of particular concern for you right now. Taking action and getting some professional advice is a good way to map out how you can make some changes and see improvements.

It might be your general health or feeling anxious about the future. You might not feel as connected to your community as you’d like, or you’re feeling dissatisfied with the state of your personal relationships. You might even feel like you’re moving backwards.
