Online Member Services
Manage your health cover online 24x7. Log into Online Member Services to check your remaining yearly benefit limits for extras cover, your claims history, make payments, plus update your details and more.
Your Fact Sheet
Your Fact Sheet provides details about the services covered, yearly limits, waiting periods including for pre-existing conditions, exclusions and restrictions that are part of your health cover. Once your cover commences you can view your Fact Sheet in Online Member Services. Alternatively, you can view your Fact Sheet at:
Your membership card will be delivered by post in 5-10 business days. Take it with you whenever you have an extras treatment. If your provider has a HICAPS or CSC machine, they can swipe your membership card for on-the-spot claiming.
Australian Unity Health App
The mobile health app lets you access your policy details and is also available for most extras covers for quick claiming on selected extras treatments. Simply upload photos of your receipts and we'll do the rest. Refer to the Member Guide for more claiming options.
Confirmation of Direct Debit
As requested, we will deduct regular payments from your nominated account. Your first monthly payment will begin on 8 April 2023. Details of the Direct Debit Service Agreement can be found in the Member Guide.
