We have a long history of supporting our members through good times and bad times and are proud of the work we have done to keep health insurance affordable over the last couple of years.
if you pay your health insurance premiums in advance and we receive payment by end of 31 March 2025, you could effectively lock in today's price until 31 March 2026. This means you won't be affected by any increase in price of your cover for this period. Paying in advance locks in the price only, and not the terms and benefits of your cover (which may change from time to time).
To help our members make the best possible decision, we have extended our lock in period this year and will accept payments until 30 April 2025. If you need to make a payment after 1 April 2025, please call us on 13 29 39 to arrange payment over the phone with our payments team. If you don't contact us, the payment will be taken at the new rate.
